How collection works
- You do not need to move the car, start it, or get it to a lot
- A non-runner goes on a flatbed — that is arranged, not billed as a surprise
- Payment happens when the car changes hands, not afterwards
- If it is somewhere awkward — behind a building, no keys, blocked in — say so and we plan for it
