Is there a phone number?
Not a published one, and we would rather say that than put up a number nobody answers. Everything comes through the form, a person reads it, and you get a reply on whichever of phone or email you gave us — usually the same day.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day. You get an answer either way: a number, or a straight "not one for us" so you can go elsewhere without waiting on us.
I already sent something and heard nothing.
Send it again and add a second way to reach you. The most common cause by far is a mistyped phone number or email — the form only needs one of them, so a single typo can leave us with no working way back to you.
